Narita Airport Adventures!

So...recently, I was able to visit Japan!
Well......to be exact....just the Narita Airport in Japan....but still....T__T
I've always wanted to visit Japan but never had the chance to, and so was super excited to have a 4 hour layover at Narita Airport :3
I was too chicken to go out though, so my adventure was only within the airport :P
Butttt I did a lot of research before going, and knew just what I had to see/buy: origami display, Royce chocolate, and Tokyo Banana

First store I saw after landing!

Picture with my friend Totoro XD they had so many cute Ghibli dolls ;___;
but I was too cheap to get any.....OTL

Origami display!
They had a super tiny paper crane that you could only see under a microscope!

All them candy +__+
I knew most of these I could get back in Canada as well, so I picked the cheesecake flavor which I haven't seen at all before.

Finallyyyyyy my favorite snack I bought from the airporttttt
TOKYO BANANA
They had some other flavors as well, strawberry I think, that had a giraffe print.
But I opted for the original :3
All the Japanese snacks were in such adorable packaging and display.....I wish I can go back to buy some more T___T

That moist soft exterior of Tokyo Banana +____+

Creamy sweet banana cream filling!!!
Taste wise....hmmmm imagine a soft banana flavored castella bread with rich pudding like banana cream. Super sweet but moist and heavenly +___+
Although, my sister who doesn't really like sweets couldn't take another after she had one. She says it's too sweet :P

Matcha flavored Royce Chocolate!
This first store I went to for Royce chocolate only had Matcha flavor left and were sold out of original and dark choco ones. There were ALOT of tourists who were buying boxes of these chocolates, so I got all hyped up for them :P

Taste-wise....hmmmm I wasn't too impressed?
It's good, yea, but it just tastes like chocolate 0____0 haha
Soft chocolate?
That has matcha flavor?
:P

Here's the other two flavors I got!
Left should be dark chocolate and right is milk!

They really just taste like the soft inner core of the Lindt chocolates
Disappointed~

Cheesecake flavored kit kat!
Hmm.....it was just sweet?
White chocolate flavor-ish?
Wasn't too impressed with this either :P

And yeaaa......this cute jelly looking thing wasn't too great either :/
Just super hard and super sweet jelly/gello(?)

And so, I end with a photo of my favorite snack I got, Tokyo Banana, with a real banana in the back XP
