For my birthday a couple days ago, I've received a mirrorless camera from my boyfriend >____<
I've been wanting a camera for some time, but I've never been able to justify the purchase when I can take photos with my phone camera. So, it was great when my bf got it for me :D hehehe
The camera he got me was Sony a5000 and I might do a short review of it later after I've played with it enough :P
For now, the topic I want to write on is personalizing your camera with a lens cap holder!
Not sure what it is?
It's a string/chain that connects the lens cap to the body of the camera so you won't lose it.
Here's what the Google image search shows when I search in English:
But then, I searched in Korean, and got a bit of a different result:
So cute right? It adds that extra touch of personalization to your camera to make it unique and truly yours. I also searched on eBay to buy something like this, but couldn't get anything good.
So, at around 4 am, I decided to make my own :3
I had some chains and pendants lying around that I've bought couple years ago when I was into making keychains with polymer clays :P
I should look out for more parts so that I can make prettier lens cap holders ;)
