I've been really into making/eating healthy snacks and desserts lately and came across a simple but tasty recipe!
The original recipe is from @caligirlgetsfit and uses PB, sugar, and egg:

I prefer honey to regular white sugar (which was the only kind I had) so I tweaked the recipe a bit.
Ingredients:
1.5 TBSP Peanut Butter - 135 Cal
1 TBSP Honey - 60 Cal
1 Large Egg - 72 Cal
+ 4 Almonds (just 'cause 😏) - 28 Cal
Total = 295 Cal
Mix it all together in a microwavable mug, pop it into the microwave for 1-minute, and you're done!
Such an easy, simple, tasty snack!
You may want to lessen the honey as it was quite sweet for me.
Otherwise, enjoy!
